The organization established by His Highness Sheik Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar. He envisioned the next nation’s leaders by creating a national platform for leadership excellence, in support of the development goals of the State of Qatar. His Highness Sheik Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani initiated to developer leadership and creating knowledge through the creation of the platform. In support of the human, social, economic and environmental pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2030.

The corporation held the annual application for qualified professionals who are looking to further their leadership abilities. They have created a platform to invite participants to gain insights into an array of topics. Including risk management, innovation, leadership and strategic management. Participants listed on the programme will engage in discussion with C-suite level guest speakers who integrates supplemental theoretical training. And knowledge of different industries suitable for each participant.
